I'm an Online English Tutor for 3 years now with Japanese Clients who are young professionals and wanted to improve their English grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. I also worked as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO company wherein we catered clients from USA, Australia and Canada. I do multitasking, depending on the client's need and make sure to satisfy my clients by providing good service and helping them solve their concerns.
