I am a university degree holder with more than 10 years of Customer Service Experience. I have excellent customer service skills; a self- starter, self-driven, and detail-oriented person well acquainted with multiple high-priority and voluminous tasks with in the assigned time.

I became a Silver Awardee for the Excellent Service Award ( EXSA ) in Singapore for the year 2019. It is a national award which aims to give due recognition to individuals who have gone beyond the call of duty in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for customers.
