I've worked in a BPO Industry for 2 years and 7 months with the accounts of Customer Service, Admin Assistant, Telemarketing, Encoding, Data Entry. I have an experience to handle order service/entry, Process sales orders, tracking of Shipment, checking the orders on Website, Accounts receivable processing, Process refunds, place orders, managing the Facebook page where the item was posted to hide bad comments and reviews and we are also offering a discounts on every item with different Promo codes. Dealing with the customer for their queries and dealing with the client for updates. From my experience, I handled Voice/Calls, Chats and Email support, Manage emails, receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls.
