My name is Tracy Lee Miranda Barrameda, 29 years old solo parent to a 10 year old boy.  Undergraduate for 3 years, took up BS Nursing.

I have a wide experience working in BPO companies for 8 yrs and about a year experience as a freelancer, worked as Project Management Specialist for a private client to his Orthopedic Clinic.
I'm very flexible and goal oriented person. I have grown my skills and knowledge working for BPO as Customer Service Representative, Technical Support Specialist, Email and Chat Support Representative, Lead Generation and Data Analyst. I've worked in an In-house and back offices as well. 

I still have a lot of things to learn as freelancer and working from home as I am new in this line of career. A new journey for me and a fresh start. I don't have achievements yet, but I am eager to learn and excited to share my knowledge and experience my potential by delivering the best services to the company.
