I am a Research and Development Consultant, a holder of an MA in Sociology, and a Doctor of Public Administration candidate of the National College of Public Administration and Governance in UP Diliman. I have been with the academe, teaching Sociology and Political Science courses. I have produced a number of studies, many of which have been presented in various conferences, and published in academic journals or publications of organizations that commissioned the studies. I had also been the News Desk Editor of the Philippine Governance Digest, a quarterly publication for public administration tied up to the Philippine Society for Public Administration (PSPA); and as Member of the Editiorial Board of the Sosiohumanika Journal for Humanities and the Social Sciences in Bandung, Indonesia. I have also served as resource person/speaker for Media Networks in the Philippines on various issues of the day.
