I am a very fast learner and self-sufficient. Together with my inquisitive nature, this would be an excellent formula to deliver excellent results as I also have the usual characteristics like being able to meet deadlines, hard-working, and so forth. Let me then highlight that I am quite attentive to details, able to handle pressure with grace,
and I am not afraid to ask for help when I need it. I have been fortunate enough to be exposed to various industries and the respective responsibilities involved. I handled inbound and outbound email support, inbound and outbound customer service and technical calls, trained agents as well as team leaders like myself. I was also an online English instructor for Korean and Japanese students both from home and a school. The experiences from those jobs proved to be very advantageous for me because they have given me the skills I need in various work fields.
