I am currently employed as Senior Representative of a skincare line owned by a Hollywood celebrity. I am one of the pioneering specialists since the brand was launched seven months ago and I'm still working with them up to this date.

Prior to my current job, I was once an ATT technical and billing specialist for three years where I have gained extensive experience in customer service. As a technical rep, we do basic troubleshooting over the phone for internet, TV and home phone issues and we also handle billing concerns. I am confident that my experience in customer service and my research and writing skills is of an advantage for me to deliver quality results.
