I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Cebu. Right after I passed the Licensure examination I've immediately got accepted to work as a nurse. After one year working as a nurse I tried my luck working as a call center agent. I was able to get trained to support customers with technical (hardware and software) issues with their computers and laptops. I was also given a chance to support customers who were having issues with their cable and internet connections. When I became a mother I decided to work at home as an English tutor for three years. Within that three years I was to apply everything Iearned from my call center experiences. I fixed hardware and software issues on my own computer as well as internet problems.
