Professional Experience
I've been in the BPO industry for 7 years now. And I have experience in Inbound and Outbound Calls for Customer Service and Technical Support. I am amenable to any working schedule whatever the client may demand and I am very adaptable to any type of work that is connected to providing Customer Service, Market Research, Proofreading, and Content Writer.
I am currently working as a Transaction Processing Specialist for a BPO company under Utilities Project. I assist customer with their billing inquiry and help them out by analyzing data provided by our distributors.
