I am interested in freelance works, preferably related to customer service, like Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Assistant, Chat or Email Support, and the like. I have worked for real estate industries and advertising industries. I have developed strong communication skills, especially in English language with these experiences. I have also prepared tons of reports for the companies I have worked for, and was included in a Strategic Planning activity for the following year's plans and proposals.
