Professional Experience
I consider myself a problem solver and a versatile worker who can manage multiple tasks without compromising quality of work nor detail. Ten years of customer service experience dealing with technical, sales quotas and techniques, and implementation of work processes. I have both experience in voice and also chat support with Comcast, and for two years served as subject matter expert in production as live support who handles agent concerns and higher tier issues. I recently for the past year have been part of escalations team dealing with corporate and inter department escalations over customer service handling policies, dealing with integrity, correctness and policy bound cases. I am detail oriented and a fast learner. I type at 90WPM and is adept in website design (HTML, CSS & Javascript), Photo editing using Lightroom and Photoshop and Video editing using Adobe Premiere pro.
