Im Miguel Padernal. I d been a VA for more than a year now and ended my work due to company issues.
For over 4 years now, I've worked as a call center agent for outbound and inbound campaigns. I have dialed different campaigns for clients from U.S.A., U.K., and Australia. Have been one of the Top Sellers for hard-selling accounts and lead generation. I have dialed an appointment setting campaign for an Australian company,have dialed a US based campaign in which I generate leads to the client, and a hard selling type of campaign.I also dialed US base campaign Pay Day Loan for almost 2 years. Id been a consistent top seller for this campaign.

Moreover, I am computer literate- Microsoft Word and Excel and have applied this knowledge when I once worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist in one of the campaigns.
