I am a full time licensed professional librarian in the Philippines. I have worked as a customer service representative before and as an online English teacher. I have good command of the English language and confident with my customer service skills. I am a computer literate who has been working and using Microsoft Offices and Google Documents for almost 4 years. I also know how to design layouts using Canva, manage emails and can do email marketing using MailChimp. I have a stable and reliable internet connection with me which allows me to do research and other things necessary for the job. I am willing to be trained and can easily be trained at the same time.
