I worked as a Professional Ecommerce VA for several clients based in Australia, UK and, the US. I am in-charged in the Customer service side where I respond to emails, chat and even do appointment setting and closing deals for suppliers for Shopify stores, Etsy, and Pinterest. Created website (front end) for a client. My other admin tasks include Order processing, Inventory checking, fulfilling invoices and orders and checking shipment details, and returns. I created several Product descriptions and even uploading or importing new products in Shopify. I also managed or moderated a clients Facebook page (Clients Social media account) and have helped another client in creating a Facebook Business page and Facebook Ads.
