I've been working in a BPO company for more than two years. With my experience working in a call center, I have learned to effectively understand and provide efficient support to clients. I have also developed good interpersonal skills, poise, and patient in dealing with clients. I pride myself on my customer service skills and the ability to resolve multiple issues. And I am a results-driven person and the best way to accomplish and get things done is to focus and manage my time in a given day. For me to provide more services to clients I am also learning Data Entry, Product Listing, Product Research, Dropshipping, Basic Programming HTML and CSS.
