Professional Experience
I've worked as Customer Service Representative In BPO Call Center industry for about 4 years. I was able to handle a TelCo account, Mortgage Account and Sales Account. We were receiving inbound calls and we were dealing with customers inquiries and concerns regarding their account and services.
I also worked in a Western Union sub - agent as a Front Liner Associate wherein my duties include processing Bill Payments, money transfer, and money exchange.
I also worked as a Medical Secretary/Receptionist in a 2-D Echo Clinic for 10 years. I was able to developed my skills in office administration as I am the one who was responsible in keeping the office records and preparing monthly reports.
With these work experience I've developed my customer service skills, communication skills and clerical skills which I think will be an edge for me to be able to do my job as a freelancer efficiently.
