Greetings.
I am Joyce Anne Treño, 22 years old and a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Travel Management. I'm an N3 JLPT passer. Still currently studying to raise my level in Japanese. I used to work at an America based company as a Customer Service Agent under the Billing & Sales department for 3 months, backing up my English communication skills both in oral and written. I also have a National Certification for Events Management and Caregiving skills. I am flexible and adaptable in terms of the working environment and getting along with different individuals, also a fast learner who can execute tasks with simple instructions.
