I worked as customer support and technical support representative for 4 years. I enjoy talking to customers and help solve their problems and concerns.
I have recently attained my Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication with a Major in Broadcasting. I have experience script writing for Television, Radio as well as Film in our University. Also, News writing for TV and Radio during my internship with different well-known Networks.
I am excellent at multi-tasking and problem-solving.
