My first job was as an encoder as a part-time job when I was still in college. Then I worked as an Encoder in a telemarketing firm for almost 4 years. I also have worked in a BPO industry for more than 5 years. I started as a Consultant in an online retail company in 2011. I started in the non-voice line of business for email. Then I was transferred to mixed inbound and outbound then was moved to chat. I also worked as a Travel Associate for a BPO that specializes in the travel industry. I started as an agent for 7 months and got promoted as a trainer. I had a chance to perform the said role for 14 months until an opportunity to work abroad came which I grabbed but didn't turn out well. So now I decided to work home-based and stay here in my country.
