I worked as a Guest Service Representative for almost 3 years in a Internationally known hotel in Davao. As a GSR we are the one who handle guests from the moment they enter till they left the hotel. We make sure that we gave them a expectional customer service that they will remmember and surely they will come back. Being GSR is unexpectable job. You will encounter different guest in all walks of life. Some are good but we can't avoid those who loves to complaint just to make their stay free. Nonetheless all of those handled well. With this job gained me self confidence, made me work well as a independent and as a team, manage my time, attentive, communication skills, patience and goal-oriented.
