I've worked in the BPO industry for more than 5 years. I assumed different roles in different companies, I was a sales representative, customer service, and technical support analyst. I spoke with different customers, from sales and marketing people, to executive assistants, to CFO’s and CEOs. My job was to provide assistance in using the platform and the services.

My attitude towards any job is always the same. I give my best and always work with a passion. I work hard and I don’t simply quit until I ran out of ideas and exhausted my resources. I adapt quickly to any role that I will assign to and learn quickly. I require less supervision, but I have no issue working in a team.
