I have five years of experience working as a Customer Care consultant for an Australian financial services company. During my time in this role, I was cross trained to other work stream such as billing and activation of the account, technical/customer support and data gathering. In addition, I was trained to do some of my team leader’s role like doing productivity and attendance report. I was also recognized as one of the consistent Top Agent within the account. I understand that these experiences are not specifically what your company is looking for, but knowing that I was able to adapt to changes and opportunities shows my willingness to learn and motivation to succeed
