More than (19) years of experienced in different field of specialization such as project management ,administration, (construction field supervision, Tendering and proposal and Quality Control with extensive exposure to qualified and function as , but not limited to Civil Works of oil and gas refineries, Petrochemical Plants, and other Industrial Plants. Managing contracts and estimates for US Navy ships and other military vessels visiting Philippines and other contracts for military joint excercises acting as ship agent. Currently managing the ins and outs of my owned business .
