In my previous role as customer service representative, I assisted customers with their bills and other account related concerns. And as for my technical support role, i assisted customers w/ their faulty internet and landline services handling a small family business required me to do supervisory works, inventories, accountings and other customer-related concerns. My responsibilities included meeting with suppliers, clients and customers.
As a manager of the small business, I strived to provide on time supplies, good communication, and faulty-free products, while maintaining a good relationship with both clients and suppliers.
