6 years working in the education business in Japan, for the most part being in charge of launching and managing a new department mixing English speaking staff and Japanese speaking staff, gave me strong linguistic and communicational skills in English and Japanese. On a daily basis, communicating with people from different countries to manage the team and the clients as well as taking care of legal procedures in both languages, I had to be a manager and a translator at the same time. This brought me at a high level of expertise in both project management and translation.
