I have work experience related to information technology fields such as installing hardware, software and computer networks for both internal and customer needs, troubleshoot PCs and laptops, doing remote desktop work via PCs, laptops and client servers with team viewer applications in terms of : customer database installation and troubleshoot, activating software licenses to official websites, assisting customers in replacing IT devices to principal websites, doing work related to education and training on learning materials in the form of software, hardware and computer network equipment to customers, in addition, I also often input data into PCs and laptops using Microsoft Excel applications in connection with work as an Account Manager.
