I have been in the BPO industry for the past 10 years and have had experiences in Technical support, Customer Service, Telemarketing, sales and training Department. I experienced handling a team and was able to pilot an account which successfully ran, I had built the content of the platform used for the account including its training materials. Client Communication is my priority during my most recent employment as a production supervisor. My ability to adopt to changes made my way to breeze a job especially if it is a team project. I can work well even under pressure and has a strong work focus. time is very important to me, I don't wait for deadlines I make sure I am ahead of time to make room for adjustments and sudden changes. I have been working on a grave yard shift so shift hours will never become a problem. Very flexible and willing to spend time on training to hone my skills and grab additional knowledge for the task assigned.
