I am a graduate of English Literature and I have a 4-year experience working remotely as an editor for practice IELTS writing tests ( both tasks 1 and 2) for Chinese students, in the company English Partner where I edit (grammar, vocabulary, content, logical organization), thoroughly give a written explanation of their errors, and give guidance & suggestions pertinent to their weaknesses.

Other than editing, I also have 3 years of experience in training and managing teacher-editors for this same company. The responsibility includes hiring, training, managing a team, building said team, controlling the quality of corrections, solving complaints of students, and others.
Knowledge and skills include: MS WORD, MS EXCEL
