I am qualified in PSYCHOTHERAPY, online, helping people with Neuro Linguistic Programming in which I am Master level and I specialise in people suffering from depression, anxiety and who are lonely. I am trained in many modalities and use an online portal for my clients.

I am also a copywriter, I specialize in Mindfullness and positivity writing as well as experience with luxury products and the fashion industry.

My background was media production but I now concentrate on online therapy and writing.
