I am a customer service representative for almost 4 years in a BPO company for both financial account and e-commerce account, we resolve issues of customers with regards to their statements and deliveries and other inquiries. I am also an ESL teacher, who teach basic English to Chinese young and adult learners . I also have experience in telemarketing doing cold calls in the US specifically helping the Womens Breast Cancer Institute and Children for a cause.
