I am versed with MS Suite. I am also knowledgeable in Photoshop but not at the expert level. I can edit videos using
PowerDirector, Corel Video Studio and adobe premiere. I am also conversant in audio editing using Audacity. I can also do research and documentary.
I have worked at Convergys, one of the top Business Processing Outsourcing company in the Philippines as a Customer Service Representative. Having said that, it's not new for me to work with a different nationality.
I always make sure that everything I do, I gave my all to get good feedback from the client. I can work independently, and whenever I am not familiar with the task/work that was given to me I always do research to get familiar with it.
