Do you know what you should look for in a freelancer? The Basic Definition of a Freelance Job, essentially, is one where a person works for themselves, rather than for a company. While freelancers do take on contract work for companies and organizations, they are ultimately self-employed? Flexibility is their main asset since they have experienced most of the major lines of businesses.
Working in a BPO/Callcenter Industry for 3 years has helped me acquire and improve my skills, namely, Customer Service, Menu Transcriptionist, Human Resource Management, Quality Assurance, Email and Chat support. I am always ready to learn new things and I am a quick learner. What I'd like to highlight is Customer Service since this is one of the determining factors why businesses are successful. To have a good customer service you have to build a good relationships with your customers.
