I have been a customer service representative for more than 10 years and has been a Senior CSR when I resigned last September 2018. I was able to develop various skills such as Communication, Time Management, Adaptability, Conflict Resolution, Leadership, Analytical Skills, Microsoft office, Problem-solving, and Decision-making. I was able to handle different types of clients, and was able to resolve various client complaints during my stay. i was also able to generate different sales for the company specifically in loan related field such as Consumer loans and Business loans. I see to it that my deadlines are properly met and world class customer experience was provided to the client.
