I was with the Customer Service Industry for almost 10 years, I have experiences with hotel reservations, information technology and financial services. I had experiences with different kinds of platforms like phone calls, emails and by chat.
I am now with teaching industry, I am now teaching English to adult students as well as children. I studied basic Japanese language with Senseiyory Japanese Language Centter and I have gained my TESOL certificate from International Open Academy.
