7 years experience in customer service; 2 years in the academe; 1 year as Personal VA and 2 years as marketing assistant

I am a hard working individual who live to deliver the best quality of work to my employer. In the last 7 years, I have worked in different fields of customer service. I answer phones and cater to the customer's needs and I have also done back office work, processing healthcare provider's credentials. In whatever area I work at I aim to provide excellent quality of service.
I have a very diverse work experience thus gaining extensive knowledge in various lines of work. I have training need assessment skills, above average expertise in excel, exemplary time management skills and a very good grasp of the English grammar.
