I've done a different skill like customer support nonvoice, web chat in Storm Ltd. The company, and have skills specifically for Social Media Administration. I also know how to work as a Quality analyst and my responsibility is to develop test scripts utilizing comprehensive business requirements, functional documentation and processes. Interact with various resources at workspace like a business, development as well as analyst teams. Implement test scripts, record actual results and identify defects. I also know the lead generation and a little email processing.
