Been helping customers in regards to fraud charges, declined transactions and activating credit cards and had been taking inbound and outbound calls. I can work under pressure, flexible and can easily adapt to any working schedules or shifts. I am computer literate as well and is good at Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel.
