I am currently transitioning from a BPO customer representative to a home-based freelancer. I have a total of 6 years and 7 months of experience for the customer service industry. I handled accounts that require talking to members and resolve concerns, capacity to take inbound/outbound calls and be passionate about what you do and mostly to satisfy members. Empathetic into situations and thinks what's best for them. I am a team player and can easily adjust to anyone and provide support.
