Over the last 7 years I have catered to multi-national customers with exceptional customer service and technical support skills. I am also skilled in using other office related software and new technology. I am very skilled with data entry, excel and transcriptions. I am a hardworking and determined person who believes in honesty and good working relation. I am new to freelancing but I have certain qualities that makes me good at the jobs I take. I am willing to be trained and very open to learning new set of skills that will help me improve. I am flexible with work schedules and can definitely work with less supervision as long as provided with all information needed to do the job well.
