自己紹介
I'll be honest, I don't have the exposure of being a call center agent or worked in BPO, but I have 8-year experience of working closely with clients and customers of all races and culture. I was trained to handle different content of calls, emails and other communication methods from different types of callers and senders from my previous employment. About the software and tools used by your company, I am a fast learner who is willing to learn the proper management of such tools and extend the familiarity of other buttons and functions on my own. I can work with any management styles if I have a clear directive from the company, I can do the job with minimal or without supervision. In all my experiences, I have developed the ability to turn pressure into a positive vibe by maintaining composure, poise and focus.
