Professional Experience
I am an IT professional with 15 years working experience which includes but is not limited to requirements/data gathering, business process analysis, documentation, testing, implementation, administering process improvement, project planning and coordination, user and vendor management, business processes creation, data analysis and reporting. I have profound knowledge in Excel VBA programming, SQL scripting, SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence reporting, Sharepoint Folder and File Management creation and maintenance, Jive Intranet sites development .
From a Visual Basic 6.0 Programmer, I have shifted to a Business/Data Analyst role in 2012, in which I have gained knowledge and experiences in business analysis methodologies, and effective project management techniques with the help of tools like Jira, Clarity, Wave and HP ALM. I am now aiming to push through my interrupted Project Manager career path by getting certifications as soon as possible.
