Almost a decade of work experience as a customer service representative in a BPO industry and eventually promoted as a team leader, experience using different systems and other applications doing the administrative tasks and creating reports.

I am hardworking, a fast learner, and I always do my best to meet deadlines and provide quality work.

My objective is to be employed for a job where I will be able to use and hone the skills I have acquired from training and experiences on computer application, graphic design and blog writing. I would also appreciate having more opportunities for personal and professional growth.
