自己紹介

I have been working in Telecommunication Services for years, I experienced customer service and collections specialist. Being a customer service representative, you need to deal with your customer through thick and thin, we are the front liners of the business. We answer queries and complains, though its tough but we need to show our positive attitude towards giving the solution, as we do it via email or phone, depending on their needs.

I tried to switch on a different line of business in a company which my designation is Collections Specialist, so we are collecting debts and reminding their due dates. We need to deal with their reasons why they can't pay it and why they didn't pay it. But this job taught me how to be more patient and professional, as we need to keep all the confidential information and we need to be keen when sending emails and documentations.

All of the experiences helped me to grow as a better individual and responsible.
