Hi there!I'm a BSBA graduate-Major in Management.I've been working in the BPO industry and gained a numerous achievement for being a top performing "CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERT" through hard-work, perseverance,and a great motivator in life too.

And because of the excellent quality of work and service I always provided I was recently promoted to a Senior Representative/Assistant Team Lead in my current honorable company.I'm currently handling a group of "TEAM OF EXPERTS" with eight members.

Certainly I can tell that I can work under pressure with minimal supervision
