I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.

For more than 2 years, I have worked as a Technical/Customer Support Representative. I specialize in providing quick and timely resolution for different customer issues and concerns. I have also experienced working as a Billing Specialist which helped me sharpen my skills in using MS Office Applications like Excel and Word and become familiar with Quickbooks. I have also tried doing lead generation/lead mining along with some research.

I am a fast learner and a sharp problem solver. I can work well independently or with a team.
