Aside from working with transcription and translation, as an IT technician, I participated in several projects, especially at the Bradesco Bank. With my teammate, we provided the installation of all IT-related equipment of
its network expansion project. Subsequently, we upgraded the operating system of
10 agencies in the west coast of the state of Parana, in Brazil. We also upgraded all the
computers and printers technology of the Mc Donald’s restaurants in our region.
