I previously worked at Mayer Brown LLC (American law firm), Vision & Associates (a local law firm), Yulchon LLC (Korean law firm) and Bizlink (a local law firm). I received LL.B from Hanoi National University, Department of Law in Hanoi, Vietnam. I also obtained the European Master in Law and Economics (Eramus program) in Belgium and Italy.
As a Vietnamese attorney, I advise on Vietnamese laws and regulations regarding M&A, securities market, banking and financial transactions and real estate development in Vietnam. I, however, forcused on and have practiced in M&A sector for more than 15 years, working with cross-border and local M&A cases.
