My proficiency to business world began in 2009 where i was given the opportunity to work with American clients, my task is to communicate with them in English through the help of online platforms, it was a very challenging yet enjoyable journey because i need to adapt to their unique cultures and we hadn't had any diversity training so i need to independently handle task on my own, Furthermore, i was also given the privilege to work with Chinese and Japanese professionals where i taught vast business materials which equipped me with business intelligence, i also became a business English trainer and translated a lot of business emails to their respective clients globally.
By possessing these skills i can be able to contribute above and beyond performance to my clients and to the company as a whole, my ability to communicate with diversity will help the company to bridge the gap towards globalization.
