Professional Experience
10 years of Customer Service background in collections, sales, client relations, administrative and facilities management work. Covered in these vast experience is being a Call Quality Analyst for an outsourced company, call handling and reports generation. I'm currently heading the Customer Service and Helpdesk role for a Realty Company, included in my job role is to maintain and cultivate client relation with our existing and incoming tenants; ensure that all concerns, queries and complaints via calls, email or personal visits are handled effectively and efficiently; provide a customer centric approach and deliver or come up with a resolution within the service level agreement. Has proficient knowledge on administrative tasks, data entry and reports in Microsoft Office applications. I'm also a registered Nurse and has Basic Occupational Safety and Health Certification.
