I have worked in the BPO industry for three years and have been handling different accounts from different department. I was assigned as a billing executive and also handle financial accounts during my time in the BPO industry. I have a good communication skills both in oral and verbal skills. I am also a good writer and have a good eye for a good story. I am more than willing to learn and open to new things that may help me improve as well.
